Very lengthly process with multiple rounds. An initial interview, then an assessment, and another video interview. There is too much on the line for what is offered! If you make it all three rounds, expect at least 2 hours of interviewing and a skills assessment.

Incredibly long and dragged out. Took forever to communicate initially and to get next rounds scheduled. Questions asked by HR and the team were ridiculous and had nothing to do with experience, etc. I already had 3 offers and had accepted 1 before I even heard about next steps with this company which started well before the other 3 interviews. I also heard their benefits are awful and their pay is really low.
