Waste of time. They called me and asked me to come in for an interview. After an hour of traveling to their office (which was in the middle of nowhere, which speaks to their funding), I walked into a room with about 20 other people. It wasn't an interview, it was a job fair. They invited us into a room with snacks, and by snacks I mean pretzels, and made us watch a video. I left. I made sure to tell them on the way out that they completely wasted my time and money. I also told them they should have been clear that this was a job fair and not a face to face interview. I don't work for commission. I work for a nice base salary, plus commission. I'm pretty sure they probably hired everyone in the room because hey, what do they have to lose?

no questions over the phone, just 'Can you come in for an INTERVIEW monday at 2?' . they didn't even give me an address. i had to look it up online. they probably knew that the sooner they hung up, the less questions i would ask

It’s a long process. It was also super chaotic because they were going through a restructuring at the time (get used to that if you work there), so they actually retracted the offer at the last second (over voicemail), then ghosted me, then offered me the job.

Good company and quick process from the start all the way to the finish. Completed in less then 2 weeks from my 1st round interview. Offer letter was clean and accurate.

It was straightforward for this position. In learning more about the role, how very head hunter and sort of cut throat in gaining sales, even not in your territory, I didn't believe it wasn't the best fit for me. If you have a connection or relationship with someone in a certain account or industry, even if it may not be assigned to you, then you can take the sale away from the designated account executive. No half or anything. So you could be working, nurturing, and building the relationship and someone can come in and just take it away instead of working together and fostering a more collaborative approach.
As a "bonus" to the interview, they wanted me to make an introduction of a relationship I had with someone in the industry or account that I would potentially sell to and wasn't comfortable fostering that conversation and opted of the interview process.
