First part of the process was a phone screen with a technical recruiter. The recruiter had knowledge of the position and requirements so it was closer to a mini-interview than a typical screening, which was a positive experience. After the screening two tests were administered (cognitive ability and a personality test). Upon passing those there was a 45-minute phone interview with the hiring manager. The final portion of the interview process was an on-site interview with five members of the team, which included a whiteboard exercise and took around 3 hours. All the questions asked by everyone involved in the process were directly related to the role with no real surprise or trick questions. It definitely felt like the team was invested in finding the right fit for the role.

The overall process was a positive experience. The recruiter I worked with was so helpful and very fast in responding and following up, as well as being easy to communicate with. I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. The questions were pretty general and straight forward. When onsite, the culture was professional and collaborative. Everyone I met was pleasant and was enthusiastic about iCIMS. That was very helpful that people were transparent so you could really get a good feel for the company environment.
