The interview process consisted of a phone screen and two interviews that lasted for an hour and a half total.
The recruiter that conduced the phone screen was professional and willing to answer all of my questions. I could tell they really knew what the job was. The recruiting team was very timely in their responses and always respectful.
The first interview was with two team mates that were not only welcoming, but shared much of their own experiences with the company. This helped ease my mind. They also asked me various questions surrounding: my technical skills, education, and experience.
The second interview was with the hiring manager. They were so pleasant and clear with their expectations. Not only that, but they even took the time to show what the company has to offer.
Over all, I have never had an experience interviewing with a company like this! I will be sure to tell everyone I know back at school how great ICims is!

First a phone screen, then need to do a test like personality thing. And then manager interview and then meet with one team member. No coding test within interview and people are all very nice

Great group of people. Enjoyed the interview process and discussion with the company. Be prepared and make sure to ask questions I think that was good to have. You have to take an intelligence exam
Application, then an introductory interview call (10min) to see where your interests lie and how you found out about iCIMS. In my case, they pegged me as interested in frontend, so their recruiter sent my resumé to the lead of that team. Then a behavioral call from the lead/manager (30min).
