First you interview with the manager of the store, sometimes the assistant manager interviews with these people. If all goes well, they will submit you for approval to the DM with your resume and a brief summary of how you interviewed for job approval.

Both managers were the nicest people ever!
In first interview I had to put together an outfit and explain why I put those pieces together. The store manager loved my choices.

I got a call from the boutique manager asking me to come in for an interview. It was pretty basic as far as the questions go. They were pretty desperate for a keyholder so the manager pretty much said anything that would make me want to join the company. I quit after three weeks because of the store manager.

In-person interview consisted of questions on past experience, personal style, and team dynamic. There was a template that the manager used and also tailored to our specific store location. She was very friendly and made the interview comfortable. Showing up to the interview dressed fashionably and tastefully is expected. Be prepared to put together an outfit from available merchandise on the floor.
