I was applied through a consultancy,Interview process one day. 1st round with the HR. If you have good experience in sales and good communication skills that's enough you have got selected. But only part is you have work out is on salary. That HR she will try to decrease your salary n then she will says that apart from your salary you will get more incentives which you are not sure.
