First round was a technical assessment, second round was an interview with the data scientists. Technical assessment was slightly time-consuming but also interesting as the tasks are inspired by real problem statements faced by the team. Ability to come up with solutions that are creative and comprehensive will give you an advantage. Interview with data scientists was a two-way conversation and I had the opportunity to learn more about the business as well as the team's work. The entire recruitment process was smooth and efficient.
