      Entrevista

      I interviewed for the Brand and Campaign Lead role and had a positive first screener conversation . The role mandate was clearly defined by the JD that was advertised. The goal was to reshape and lead the Brand and Campaigns team, clarify roles, build structure/restructure, and lead strategic scaling. During the interview, it was explicitly confirmed that the current team lacks the guidance, structural control, and accountability necessary to scale. The challenge described was the need for a leader to provide a clear overview of all activities to the leadership team. I was transparent about my experience and gace examples of actual in business settings where I provided exactly this kind of strategic and structural leadership across brand marketing and communications. Despite being sought out for this specific senior mandate, the rejection used generic culture fit language. They cited a mismatch with consultancy structures in my current role even though those are precisely the frameworks needed to solve the problems they identified during the interview. It was disappointing to see a clear business need and a professional leadership profile reduced to a vague and dismissive rationale which included the text "your profile, unfortunately, does not align closely enough with the specific organizational culture and agile working attitude we are looking for in this role" while being completely dismissive of my actual strengths and foundations
