I was invited to come in through a recruiter. The hiring manager was very polite, truly cared about making a connection. However, I felt that they are still trying to figure out what they want to be in the world of nest and honeywell. The job description they have is still not clear and that's why they still haven't been able to fill the position, 7 months after.
