Virtual interview with 1 interviewer. Very friendly and made me feel at ease. Asked me competency based questions (tell me about a time when...) and situational questions (how would you react in X situation with a customer onboard doing Y)

Tell me about a time when you were in a team that weren't working well together. What did you do to rectify the situation?
The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

Entrevista
The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
