A friendly interview, asking many competency questions. The interview lasted 1 hour and then I was offered the job. I had a follow-up call to ask specific questions on the role and team. They were very welcoming and friendly.

- comprehensive questions specific to the role, including examples from past experiences. Need to demonstrate the relevant knowledge and skills.
- competency based questions on management of staff, dealing with difficult situation/people etc
