Very relaxed day. They made me feel very welcome. I applied online first and done an online assessment. I was then offered an assessment day. At the assessment day I first had to do a reach test and then after that there were 3 group tasks we had to do. They were quite easy. Each table had to Cabin Crew members watching us and assessing us. After that half were sent home and the other half stayed for a 2 to 1 interview.

Normal interview questions, not hard at all. Assessment day began with an introduction the company. Then we were split into small groups of about 6 & given tasks to see how we interact with others. If successful, you are invited to an interview on the same day. It’s 1 on 1. Very easygoing so there’s no need to be nervous. Interview itself lasted 30 minutes but felt like 10. The whole day began at 8am and my interview finished at 3pm. Found out I got the job exactly 1 week later. I applied online June 2019. Assessment day + interview August 2019. Start date February 2020.
