1. Interviewer was very rude. Not trying to understand the candidate what she assumes she feels is right only.
2. Most importantly, They are more interested in theoretical answers, not practical real scenario answers.
3. They asked we don't even hire candidates who switched jobs frequently. I carefully review their company's LinkedIn 30% employees are the same.

It was good but they will not consider your schedule once they have pre decided they wanna hire you or not. In the 2nd round which is so called HR round they ask the technical questions also. And 1st round also same. So, why there are two rounds??

The whole interview process was show off like hiring in some MNC. My candidature was rejected due to 'out of budget' excuse that too after getting confirmation email and asking for documents.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you didn’t have a pleasant interview experience at Pyreon. We always try to have a smooth interview process in place for candidates. However, in our interview process, once a candidate qualifies the first round, we shortlist them for the position, rather than select them, and conduct the documentation process in which we ask them for the required documents. After conducting the documentation process and evaluating whether the candidate meets all our requirements only, we think about selecting the candidate.
However, we’ll consider your feedback and revisit our interview process to make things better.
