The first question was inappropriate and outright rude. I have not been to Poland in some time and that was quite shocking to me. I'm not sure if it's a general trend or an exception. The questions overall were not very professional which led me to have serious doubts about the legitimacy of the company. Overall the process has been negative for me and would not recommend it.
