Went through several steps starting with a recruiter, a phone interview, an in person interview with 2 upper level employees, and finally an interview consisting of a full 20 minute presentation (prepared for about 4 hours) and team interview (was in their office over 2 hours). Overall this process took over a month, without receiving an offer. I was told that although my skillset matched the job (and praise over my research for the job), that they would not be extending an offer. They are looking for a very specific person - I wouldn't hold your breath for a job offer.
