I was called an asked the normal questions. What did you do at your previous employment. What salary are you looking for. Stuff like that. I was scheduled for an interview with the next guy. The time came for my Interview with the next person. They never called me I called serval times and was unable to get any answers. Then I finally got in contact with the first person I spoke to. Again I was scheduled for another call I was once again blown off and then rescheduled again. The last time I no longer tried to reschedule due to this company is disorganized or does not respect other people’s time. A few weeks later I was contacted again like I had never spoke to them and want to have an interview again. I declined the interview know what would probably happen again. The lady on the phone was upset and just hung up on me. This is not how you do business and bring talent to your team.
