Started with a phone interview, which was very standard. I felt like the recruiter was selling me on why I should work for their company as opposed to interviewing me on whether or not I'd be a good fit.

The recruiter sounded more like she was selling the company to me as opposed to asking questions. When we finally got down to questions she simply asked what role I play at my current job.
