The interview process was very unorganized. HR sent me an email with spelling issues, said it was a coding round for 45mins. I asked which platform company will be using. She said it depends on the interviewer preference loll. The interviewer came in to ask my background, my most recent project in uncomfortable details, and only left 15 mins to code. During coding, I tried to have more communications and he gave no reactions, no instructions. Vibe doesn't seem to connect.

Recruiter screen, phone screen and onsite. Interviewers are not trained and lack listening skills. Some of them show rudeness and tries to demean you. All they were doing is googling while taking interview and some of them didn’t show professionalism.
