I applied through the career site and was contacted by their corporate recruiter via e-mail and phone who did not ask me questions, except that she wanted to schedule a call with the hiring manager. A week after I had a phone screening with the HM who wanted me to have a call with 2 colleagues the following week. On the third week I was invited onsite to meet the same people and their superior. I had an offer by the 4th week.
