The group interview process was very personal and intimate. We all sat at a table in a private room and took turns answering questions. Everyone was respectful, and all the interview questions aligned well with the job. I also liked how we weren't there to sell ourselves or to stand out. It was a very different approach to group interviews. There were three area/cluster managers, and they were lovely. It did not feel overly formal, which was amazing, as I felt quite comfortable.
