It was 10 minutes and literally the easiest one I've ever done. The guy that interviewed me was the store manager and I literally showed up unannounced like "Hey, I'd like you to interview me".

There was no interview, it was straight into onboarding. I gave all my information, then was sent to take a 4 hour assessment for onboarding. It was a paid assessment, however.
