Applied through the University website Got an email for a phone interview, then was offered an in-person interview Interviewed with principals and HR and technical director Took a tour of the Chicago office

Had a screening phone interview, then two following interviews. One a standard job description interview, and the last a culture interview/principal interview. All were very well coordinated and nothing out of the ordinary.
