First there was a case study analysis of topics related to sustainability and then a 40 min face to face interview followed by HR interview. The case study had to be presented during the interview.

Started with an online questionnaire. Then a phone screen and then 3 in-person interviews on the same day. One was a technical interview, one HR interview and one manager interview. Got an offer immediately after the interviews.
