Applied online, had to take and pass a numerical reasoning test before a video interview, which was with a separate recruitment company representative. The interview was almost entirely competency based.

Describe a time where you have had to work as part of a team? Why have you chosen to apply to BP?
First it was a 5 question hireview then there was a 2 hour case going over mental math, market knowledge and hypothetical scenarios. Overall it was really easy and simple.
first round is a hireview and the second round is a technical interview. the hireview has 5 standard behavioral questions, while the technical a way for them to see how you think.
fine, just take your time. the virtual interview was pretty straightforward and had a timer for every question along with some extra time to prepare. It was mainly behavioural questions and asking theoretical situations and experiences from past jobs.
