Lengthy but well structured! Application was followed by an IQ test, Situational Judgement test, Phone Competency interview, technical interview and finally an assessment centre. HR is really friendly and will assist with any issues.

In the technical interview, I was question about my background and interests in the field. I was then given 2 cases and questioned about it. The cases were related to the role I applied for. Knowledge in O&G isn't that necessary but it helps!
5 competency-based questions. Why bp? Why this role? Describe a time when your ethics are challenged and how you deal with conflicts. Each question lasted for 3 mins, and you'll have 1 minute for preparation,

Video Interview, 5 questions, why BP, why this role, and 3 describe a time you had to work with a team / had a conflict of interest. 3 minutes per question, one try, and 2 minutes to prepare. First applied through the website and had to pass an online SJT & Aptitude test.

Describe a time you had to lead a team and there was a conflict of interest.
Very kind and friendly interviewers, relevant questions but lack of time in terms of answering the questions, Talking about engineering in other branches the condition could be different. Overall, one of the best interview experiences.
