Job was advertised on linked in. Fill out a lengthy application form, then a telephone interview with a group of recruiters that are based in Singapore.
They give you reading material to prepare applicant for the interview (which wasn't very useful).
The questions were based on ship operations. Very specific questions regarding ship board machinery.
MARPOL, Inert Gas systems, centrifugal pumps, sewage systems, purifiers.
