I was referred by an employee and sent in my resume for review. Then I met with several company representatives for lunch to discuss the position. This was not what I would call a formal interview. The position was offered to me at that time and the details of a contract position were worked out over the following weeks.

I didn’t like the video q&a found it a bit rigid and doesn’t really give the candidate the right time to answer. Other steps were all ok. Team is super nice and friendly.
