The store manager called me and we had a brief phone interview, and she asked me to come in for a face to face chat.
The face to face took about 20 minutes, and I also had some written questions to answer - how would I deal with a suspected shoplifter?/ a manual handling task?
The interview itself asked various competency based questions like how would I cope with an abusive or violent customer and what would I do to help the team.

Pretty straightforward, however, it was disgusting to find that the organization would ghost you after giving positive feedback along with verbal confirmation. Should have a professional approach towards hiring, cannot just ghost applicants.

inviting and ran smoothly, conversation type of interview, no pressure. any questions i had could be answered straight away and seemed like a lovely environment to work in as i walked through the shop
