Shallow questions no response no communications - Recruitment website is awful no one speaks to each other say one thing on the phone another thing in person. Waste of time for both parties

Applied online via indeed. Easy application process on the BP website. Just CV and cover letter. Telephone interview, basic questions. Just took 5 minutes. Very easy but didn't get the job. Disappointing.
