Applied from the company career site. One week later got a call from hr to arrange an interview. Passed the first round then invited to the second round for on site. The travel plan and accommodation should be arranged by urself, the hr never provided u any information. Being told the cost will be reimbursed by the company. However, after the second round, no response about the interview results and even the reimbursement. I would say the HR in Osram resensburg is not so professional compared to those companies of the same level. But the interview was a nice and friendly talk.

Entrevista
The interview started by asking point by point of my CV and explaining the details of some technical aspects of what I have done. Besides few questions about the technical stuff that was related to the new job. The HR questions were typical ones but very detailed and even he ask me to bring some examples of the situations from the previous job and tell them my reactions.

How would you push other people to do some thing for you ?
In the beginning, it was a HR giving me a telephone interview. This part was easy. She just checked the resume I sent, and asked some normal questions, such as what do you know about our company, what is your motivation to apply this job position, what is your future career plan, And after one week, I was invited for a on-site interview. There I gave a presentation about my thesis in front of the whole department. During this time, I was asked many academic questions. After that, I talked with the department manager and a HR alone.

The most difficult part for me is academic questions during my thesis, I studied mainly on optics. But they asked many about chemical and physical deeply.
