HR gave me a call saying that they found my profile over LinkedIn and arranged a skype call with the panel sitting at the Austria. It was kind of both screening as well as technical interview.
AMS happens to be the firm working for Sensor technology like RFID & NFC. Since I never worked in these areas, I did little reading over wiki.
Interview started with very warm topics - like what they are, what they do, what are they going to do, role expectations, location specifications, travel requirements, team size etc.,
During my introduction, I clearly mentioned that I hail from Enterprise level development which is mostly involved with huge data, azure - which is totally different from the firm which is mostly into low level programming.
And the discussion ended with to realize both of the parties that the core work would be associated with low - level programming.
