first round is a listening test where you have to listen to 10 adds & recognize the name of the advertiser. then there is a personal interview if you clear the first round.
interview process is easy & smooth. first round will be on listening were they will give you 10 to 12 audio samples from there u have to identify the brand by hearing the suspect.

3 Rounds -
Round 1 - Listening test (advertisement from US Radio stations will be played; you need to identify the name of the advertisers)
Round 2 - Basic computer literacy test.
Round 3 - Ops/HR Round.

All guys should be open to working in all 3 shifts (7a to 3p, 3p to 11p, 11p to 7a)
You should not have any long leave plans in the first 3 months as it is the probation period.
