The recruitment process left an impression of limited interest in candidates. During the interview, the recruiters did not appear engaged and did not ask questions that would allow the candidate to present themselves in the best possible light. The interaction felt rather superficial, with little genuine interest in the candidate’s experience, skills, or motivation. As a result, it was difficult to feel that candidates were being properly or fairly assessed. An additional point of disappointment was the rejection email, which stated that the process would continue with other candidates, despite indications that the selection process had not yet been completed for all applicants. This type of communication creates an impression of a lack of transparency and potentially premature decision-making. Overall, the process appeared insufficiently structured, and the recruiters’ approach did not convey a sense of professionalism or consistency in the selection procedure. In conclusion, the entire experience left a strong sense of disappointment.

During the recruitment process everything webt smoothly, but when it came to the interview time the HR started apeaking to me in Latvian, even though it was stated that Latvian language is not mandatory. I was quite shocked by it and that interview gave me akward feelings, because I could understand her, but was answering in English.
