The interview was conducted by 3 interviewers. They tried to make it as informal as possible to make me feel more comfortable so I could fully expose to them and show what I am capable of. However I failed it, no matter how much efforts they've put to help me, I was lost in thoughts. The questions mainly revolved around my CV and motivation letter, they were seeking for examples. This was followed by practical questions in coping with business struggles.
