Quick, easy, straight-forward. Filled out online application, took screening test (basic math, common sense) was contacted for interview. Interview was 1:1, asked easy questions, interested in me as a person. Was offered job on the spot.

Very straight forward. Group setting took turns answering. We were as about 5 questions about work situations and how would we handle it. Overall the interview went well and I got a process about the job within three days.
