Sent in application, got a call back, and set a 30 min meeting. The HR person arrives 8 minutes late and begins by saying, "Interviews are a 2-way street."
Slumped in their chair, wearing a company T-shirt, they continue to describe/read the role, and tell you about the company, all of which is in the "Job Description" and can be read online. No insight into company culture, the people, etc.
Leaves me with 1 minute to ask questions. At this point, I only have time to ask, "How did things go, and will we be moving forward?"
Their response "Thursday. Maybe tomorrow". I did not hear back at all despite following up. Received an automated email a week later saying I would not be moving forward.
Probably the most amateur impersonal interview I had. The person was inexperienced in their role, came across as impersonal, did not reflect the brand, and had poor people skills.
accessiBe has a good offering, but if this is the person leading staffing, the company will be doomed. They rank 4th amongst competitors according to Google search.
