Entrevista
The interview consists of 4rounds:
A) Case Study Submission
B) 3 rounds of discussion with Lead PMs and Director PMs
They call each round as elimination round. Overall each & every round was properly designed and I found interviewers friendly & knowledgeable.
But the overall mindset of the recruitment team seems to be out of place. After spending significant efforts and attending all three interviews, I was told that I am not a right fit for the role.
When I asked for detailed feedback HR mentioned - "We are having too much work and can't promise any feedback other than this". I personally found it very rude and demeaning

Pregunta 1
1. Case Study around improving the monetization of any of their games.
2. In round 1 a case study was given, I was asked to act as onboarding PM and was given a task to find reasons for a drop in a metric
3. Round 2 was more about breaking a game and increasing the monetization of one of their feature.
4. Round 3 was again a case study with a task to design a subscription program for one of their games.
Completed a full assignment, cleared two interview rounds, and followed up four times over three weeks without receiving any response. The interview process itself was engaging but candidate communication after final rounds was completely absent. Would caution candidates to manage expectations accordingly. Chacko/HR has scant professionalism and doesn't have basic courtesy to respond to candidates who are deeper into process, despite multiple kind follow-up mails over 2 weeks.

One assignment on one of their gaming titles. Mostly it is product improvement case - Improve X metric by Y%
After shortlist , there are 3-4 rounds of interview - mostly standard product cases.

Entrevista
It was a cool and stress-free process. Also, HR shares what to expect, making it easier to prepare prior. Interviewers were friendly, and the conversation felt natural. It was an enjoyable process overall.
