HR called and asked for basic details and everything matched, after 2 days he got back saying the interview has been scheduled.
On the day in interview I cleared the first round and then the 2 nd round was scheduled immediately after 2 hours.
Both the interviews were very positive and after the interview got a mail from the company asking for my personal details for the creation of agreement.
After 4-5 days there was no reply from the hr and I called back and he said that the 2nd interviewer has rejected even after all answers were answered.
No idea what she wanted.
Had high hopes of having an offer as they asked me details for making the agreement but I was shattered after I heard back about the rejection.
Don’t have hopes unless you have the offer letter in hand, was really heartbroken about what has happened.
Also request to the company to stop doing this and stop giving false hopes to candidates.

Entrevista
3 interview rounds - 1st is basic aptitude consisting of maths, LR and English and personal questions as well. 2nd is technical interview which will be based on knowledge on procurement while the third round is much more behavioural interview.

Entrevista
Firstly they had an recruitment drive, where 2 rounds were conducted one technical and other HR (I had already clarified about my salary expectations) , later there was a written test. I got selected in the drive and 2 days later they called me to their office for final interview, and let me tell you it was a horrible experience, interviewer didn't even asked me a single technical question nor even enquired about my professional background, the only question he asked was about my CTC and told me that he will proceed with interview only if I agree to their offered standard increment. If they already knew their was a budget constraint then why in the world did you called me for an interview you could have called me up and asked if I am comfortable with your offer or not. Further, I didn't understand why was technical person concerned about my package, isn't that HR's job to decided. Anyways the interview didn't took place since I didnt agree to HIS terms and also further stated that, it would be a waste of time for him to actually continue with interview, and by saying so he didn't even realised that he had actually wasted my time, by making me travel till Zycus office for nothing.
