Entrevista
1) The interview started late.
2) During the interview, some members of the interview panel questioned my skills and experience in a very condescending manner. However, there were senior engineers on the team whose approach was much better. Bear in mind, I am currently in a mid-senior level position and I possess a wealth of knowledge/skills/experience in my field of expertise.
3) One of the senior team members complained about clients and other issues during the interview process which is definitely not a good way to conduct an interview.
4) I was questioned about my salary expectations and was told that even if the salary is lower, I should question whether I would like to "learn or earn".
5) I did get the job; however, the salary was slightly lower than my current compensation.
6) Based on all the factors above, I declined the offer.

Entrevista
Multiple rounds - process took 4 months. There was a panel of 5 people, each asked a question with the hiring manager asking most of the technical questions. Interview was overall positive.
