Initially called to come in for an interview. Only had one interview, less than an hour, by two hiring managers. At the end I was given a very short written test on comprehension. The offer came by phone a couple of weeks later

Absolutely fine it was a fun interview where I needed to create a presentation and go ahead to work and then resolve the issues for the job that we needed
