Sent a long online corny personality test before any human contact during a national holiday (redflag). Giant waste of time. Received a rejection the very next day based on the personality test. Personality tests are not a disqualifying skills assessment. Really need to re-think their recruiting process

Entrevista
There are two interview stages after the phone screening. The first is a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, followed by a 30-minute mock cold email exercise. If selected to move forward, the next stage will include an interview with an account executive, and possibly a sales engineer, along with a mock call.

Straightforward (although lengthy) interview process. Be prepared to answer behavioral and identity questions, as well as a final round mock cold call and email exercise. initial rounds are 1x1 until final panel. Expect 2-3 managers on the call.

Not too hard just have to study and understand the product you're selling. Consists of three separate interviews. Be engaged and bring some energy to each one. The last one is a panel with multiple managers.
