I was contacted by a sales manager directly and had some chats with him as well as potential colleagues to figure out if Zscaler is a company I could picture working for. After a couple of weeks and several chats I decided to interview for the role. The interview was set up with two interviewers at the same time. It appears that they expected me to structure and lead the meeting. I am used to prepare and schedule my meetings in my day to day job but for an interview this felt weird and completely unnatural. This weird atmosphere was sensible throughout the complete meeting. They had tons of questions but they were quite standard.
