Lengthy month long interview process just to get turned down. Why put a person through 5 interviews and even meeting with the VP when the interviewers said I was the perfect person for the job. Then the recruiter tells me the position was given to a more qualified person and would call me again if there's another opening. A few months later, the same position is available again. From what I gathered, there's a bunch of nepotism and they're selective in who they hire.

The recruitment process was easy, and my interaction with the recruiter was delightful. During my first technical interview, the interviewers appeared to have different priorities than conversing with me. They still had to come up with technical questions, and although I answered most of them correctly, I failed the technical screening. It was apparent that they were not ready or interested in interviewing me, and it got to the point where they had to figure out what else to ask me. To make matters worse, they did not share their video with me during the interview, making me feel awkward and uncomfortable being the only one on camera. While I am not disappointed about not getting the job, it is disheartening that my hard work and excitement were not acknowledged. This is a great company to work for, but some of the employees need to improve their conduct.
