I got a referal from an employee and was immediately scheduled for interview the very next day.
Interviewer was inexperienced and was asking random javascript questions he found on the first link of 100 interview questions and then he asked a hard algorithm for which he was expecting a full proof answer with 20 mins only.

Good client network. Learned a lot through working with global teams. There are no major growth chances. Managers are less interested in our careers. Only clients are given priority. We need to be available 24/7 on calls or messages. No work-life balance.
