Step 1: Screening Phone call with Recruiter lasted 30 minutes and was very informal Step 2: Zoom interview with Hiring Manager also lasting 30 minutes and just a discussion on the position and asked background questions Step 3: Timed cognitive test on math and language that lasted 15 minutes where you are not expected to finish, goal is to answer as many questions as possible and get as many correct as you can Step 4: Interview "day" had 3 hours of interviews broken up into 30 minute segments. Some were group interviews with 2-3 other people and some were 1 on 1. Final interview was with Bosses boss. Discussed with recruiter afterward on compensation and benefits and received an offer around a week later. Only strange part was that my recruiter was switched half way through the process and never heard back from the first recruiter. 2nd recruiter was very responsive and helpful though. Everyone was very communicative and very helpfu.
