It has just three rounds. I wish other companies follow this suit. One Interviewer was from the UI team. Another one is from the backend team. The last interview was with the hiring manager. Overall pleasant experience. The team I was supposed to join was the R&D team and I was looking forward to joining but had to back off due to the compensation offered. I consider it as my loss since I see a lot of potential growth for Zoom in the coming years.
