Online application, general chat with HR, a technical phone interview and two onsite interviews. One a lengthy technical panel interview and other a non technical 'friendly' kind of interview by manager

Not really surprising questions, but in general like if you are the team lead, then how you would act against a team member who is really talented but lacks in commitment etc.,
