It was Skype interview. Worked well. Very few questions. They were in a hurry to replace someone. 30 minutes with the VP of Development. I found it relaxing and well organized. It was one on one. I knew their operation well, and was replacing someone I knew. When it was over I was confident that I had a good chance of being chosen.

There was a Screen with phone recruiter, then phone with hiring manager where the job was described in more detail. After that went in to meet with the team. There was concern over willingness to travel and other associated expectations discussed from both sides.

Very informal at first but rounded out with a presentation for a large group and a series of 8-9 individual interviews. Had to come back for multiple days and do a few follow up calls with managers who did not live in Jacksonville.

Well organized, but difficult interview. Presentation with PowerPoint expected. Full tour of company and multiple back-to-back meetings lasted 5 hours. They are very thorough. Overall a positive experience but I chose a different path.
