Interview was very intensive, stretching across 7 sessions with various stakeholders and internal colleagues. I was initially approached by the hiring manager about the role, and had applied to learn more. The interview process was very extended - totaling ~6 hours of interviews across 7 meetings. Parts required prep work, while others were more focused on organizational fit and values alignment. The one thing I can say is that the people I met through this process were all incredibly genuine people. This organization very obviously lives its values, and that was something that I really appreciated about my experience.
The one negative experience was when I was notified that I did not receive the role with no feedback available for personal development. When I asked for some constructive feedback on how I could improve my interview performance, the only response I received from the recruiter was "they were just looking for someone with more sales experience". If you are going to ask candidates to go through a long interview process to thoroughly vet them, the least you can do is share a few ways that candidates could improve if they ask for it.
Overall - I'll certainly be keeping my eyes open for a new role here. The interview process confirmed lots of the culture points that are mentioned on here.
