Very short, two call process. One with the recruiter and one with the hiring managers. Hiring manager interview includes a mock cold call selling the Zillow Premier Agent product. It is a fairly quick interview process.

Professional, upfront about the process. Gave clear and realistic expectations of what was going to come next. Compared to other companies I've interviewed with, they seemed to engage and want you to succeed in the interview.

Phone screen, and multiple in person meetings individual and group. Specific leaders for the team. Has to go to Seattle for training. It was a very welcoming environment and a very neat culture.
